Are personality tests horoscopes for the business world? I don’t know. I’ve taken a few over the years, but never knew if I didn’t receive a job offer because of the results. It’s likely though.
Rambling around the internet led me to take one at 16Personalities. According to them I’m an Assertive Advocate and my five dominant traits are Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Judging, and Assertive or INFJ-A.
